1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using phwn — whether through the website at phwn.best, any mobile interface, or any related service — you enter into a binding agreement with phwn. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal relationship between you and phwn.

2 Eligibility
To register and use phwn, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. phwn strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned or forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. phwn primarily serves players in the Philippines and operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of phwn.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from phwn.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
phwn may request proof of age and identity at any time. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be withheld. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.
3 Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on phwn. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you suspect you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. phwn will use this information to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to update your information promptly if anything changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phwn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure. - Use a strong, unique password for your phwn account.
- Enable any two-factor authentication options phwn makes available to your account type.
- Log out from shared or public devices after every session.

4 Deposits and Payments
phwn accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits made through approved channels are credited to your phwn account promptly — typically instantly for e-wallet methods such as GCash and Maya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
- All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. phwn does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
- phwn does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits are non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law or where phwn determines a technical error has occurred.
- phwn reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of AML compliance procedures.
- Accounts showing unusual deposit patterns may be temporarily suspended pending review.

5 Withdrawals
phwn processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on business days are typically processed the same day.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals generally clear within minutes of approval.
- Bank transfers via InstaPay clear within one (1) business day; PESONet transfers may take up to two (2) business days.
- phwn may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a defined threshold. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID and proof of address.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Funds can only be sent to accounts in your name.
- phwn reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to believe the account is involved in fraud, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct.
Active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal containing bonus-derived funds can be processed. Check the specific bonus terms in your phwn account dashboard before withdrawing.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
phwn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. - Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phwn reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically when the period ends.
- phwn actively monitors for bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Suspected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
- phwn reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
7 Gameplay Rules
All casino games on phwn use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. Sports betting markets are governed by individual sport-specific rules published in the phwn sportsbook. Players are responsible for understanding applicable game rules before placing bets.
- In the event of a technical failure mid-game, phwn will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed, affected stakes will generally be returned to the player's account.
- Bets placed on suspended or voided markets will be refunded at the staked amount.
- phwn's decision on the outcome of any disputed game or bet is final once all available evidence has been reviewed.
- Any bet placed in error — including misclicks or duplicate bets — may not be cancelled once confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
- Using the phwn platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration or identity verification.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or depositing with payment instruments you are not authorised to use.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the phwn platform, its servers, or its security systems.
phwn cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities. Evidence of illegal activity on or through the platform will be referred to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

10 Privacy and Data

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the phwn platform — including but not limited to its logo, design, software, text, graphics, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of phwn or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phwn content without our express written consent.
phwn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download or permanently store platform content, or to use phwn branding or materials for any other purpose.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwn shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the phwn platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned.
- Any technical errors, connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing that are beyond phwn's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your failure to follow phwn's security recommendations for your account.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
phwn's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.
Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
13 Account Suspension and Termination
phwn may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have:
- Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provided false or misleading information at any stage of your account lifecycle.
- Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct on the platform.
- Colluded with other players or engaged in behaviour that undermines the integrity of games.
- Failed to complete identity verification within the required time frame.
You may also close your phwn account at any time by contacting support. If your account is closed voluntarily and your balance has met all applicable wagering requirements, remaining funds will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing window.
If phwn closes your account for breach of these Terms, any balance relating to fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. phwn will retain all records associated with suspended accounts for the duration required by applicable law.
14 Changes to These Terms
phwn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform.
Continued use of phwn after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using phwn and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
